Who is responsible for this data

Trajes Alexander, C.A. (Tax ID J-00125262-2), located in Chacao, Miranda State, Venezuela, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and the Trajes Alexander mobile application.

What we collect and why

We only ask for what is needed to manufacture and deliver a uniform. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

If we ever want to write to you about something other than your uniform — an offer, say — we ask you separately and up front, and we only write if you say yes. Saying no changes nothing about your uniform, and you can change your mind by writing to us.

From the employee registering their size:

• Full name and national ID number — to know which garment belongs to whom and to avoid registering the same person twice.
• Email address (optional) — used only to notify them when their uniform is ready.
• Work location and sex — to know where to ship and which sizing chart applies.
• Body measurements, height, weight and build — to determine the size.
• The resulting size, its reference number, and the record that the employee accepted it, with date and time.

Delivery records

When a uniform is handed over in person, Trajes Alexander staff records the name of the person receiving it, the date and, in some cases, a photograph as proof of delivery.

Those photographs are kept in private storage: they are not public, are not indexed by search engines, and can only be seen by authorized Trajes Alexander staff and the company the employee works for.

Quote requests

If you fill in the quote form on the website, we store your name, email, phone number, your company's industry and the message you write, for the sole purpose of replying to you.

Who can see your data

The system is built so that each client company can only see data belonging to its own personnel. An employee of one company never sees another company's data, and that separation is enforced by the database itself, not just by the interface.

Within Trajes Alexander, access is limited by role: not all staff can see everything.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade personal data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that make the service work, and only as far as necessary:

• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Cloudinary — catalog imagery (stores no personal data).
• Resend — notification emails.
• Expo — mobile application builds and distribution.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as the relationship between the employee and the client company lasts, because replacements and identical material reorders depend on it.

When that relationship ends, or when you ask us to, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

At any time and at no cost, you may ask us to show you what data we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete it. This is the habeas data right recognized by Article 28 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

To exercise it, write to ventascorporativas@trajesalexander.com from the address you registered, or contact your company's HR department. We respond within fifteen (15) business days.

You may also ask us to delete your registered size: the system allows this without removing you from your company's roster.

If you created an account in the mobile app or the portal, you may ask us to delete it by writing to ventascorporativas@trajesalexander.com from that same address. Deleting it removes your email, your name and your access history within fifteen (15) business days. Orders already dispatched and their delivery records are kept without your account attached, because they are the record of a commercial transaction we are legally required to retain.

Security

Connections to the site and the app are encrypted. Delivery photographs are kept in private storage and accessed through temporary links. Staff access is password protected.

No system is infallible. Should an incident affect your data, we will inform you and your company.

Children

This service is intended for adult workers and the companies that employ them. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that a minor has been registered, we delete the record.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this same address with its update date. If the change is significant, we will notify you through the contact channels we have.
